The vision and passion behind PELS Academy
Azza Letifi
PELS Academy: From Tunisia To the World
Azza founded PELS Academy while still a student driven by a passion for education and a clear gap she saw between English learning and real career outcomes. She holds a Licence in English Literature & Civilisation and a Master's degree in English for Communication, complemented by intensive training in organisational communication, social entrepreneurship, and design thinking.
Throughout her studies, Azza worked as a part-time English instructor for learners of all ages and backgrounds. She later specialised in Business English for professionals — helping individuals ace interviews, navigate career transitions, and unlock new opportunities. Her programmes go beyond language: she delivers soft skills workshops and professional development sessions tailored to real workplace needs.
Born, raised, and educated in Tunisia, Azza built PELS from the ground up and today her students come from across the world.
